JAMMU, Mar 26: To hunt the talent of the cricket from every nook and corner of the State and to provide them a platform to showcase their talent, United Cricket Federation of India (UCFI) has started the registration for the 1st J&K T-20 Championship.
According to a handout issued by the president of the UCFI Safer Ahmed, the registration for the championship has been started and will continue till April 15.
The winner of the championship will get cash prize of Rs 3 lakh, while runner up will get cash prize of Rs 1.5 lakh. Man of the series and top scorer of the tournament will get bikes, top wicket taker and best captain will get laptops, most sixes hitter will get LCD TV, most catches taker, best wicket keeper and best fielder will get smart phones, he added.
