JAMMU, June 18: Rarha Cricket Club (RCC) crushed Mathapar Cricket Club (MCC) and won the title trophy of the cricket tournament, organized by Chowdhary Youth Club, Chak Panna Jattan, Tehsil Bishnah, here today.
On the valedictory function, President JPPF Retd District and Sessions Judge Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj awarded the winner and runner-up teams in presence of Er MS Katoch, Working President JPPF, ML Sharma, Prof OP Sharma, Rajesh Thakur, Sunita Sharma, Jyoti Sharma and Preety Chowdhary, organiser of the cricket tournament.
Cash award of Rs 3500 was presented to winning team and Rs 1600 to the runner-up team. Man of the series, best umpire and best commentator awards were also presented.
Kamal Singh, industrialist and social worker and Shashi Sharma, Retd CRPF Officer were also present on the occasion.
