JAMMU, Nov 27: Jammu and Kashmir Ranji Trophy skipper, Parvez Rasool and promising speedster, Ramdayal Punia have being picked in the North Zone squad to represent it in the prestigious Deodhar Trophy.
While international cricketer Parvez Rasool’s brilliance has given him place in the squad, Ramdayal’s consistent performance at the Ranji Trophy from last many season’s and recent performance in the Vijay Hazare trophy has helped him to get the selectors nod to be picked in the Harbhajan Singh-led 15-member squad.
The Team: Harbhajan Singh (Captain), Yuvraj Singh, Mandeep Singh, Parvez Rasool, Taruwar Kohli, Nakul (wk), Manan Vohra, Unmukt Chand, Gurkeerat Singh Maan, Amit Mishara, Sandeep Sharma, Rishi Dhawan, Ramdayal Punia and Vikas Tokas.
