JAMMU, Nov 7: Prof Mohd Khalid Hammouda, a renowned expert from international Handball Federation bestowed tips to handball coaches of India in the Indian Olympic Committee (IOC) Solidarity Course for Handball coaches, which commenced here today.
The Course was formally inaugurated at Press Club, Jammu by Dr SM Bali, Secretary General Handball Federation of India, who is the man behind this initiative.
The Course is a joint venture of IOC, IHF and HFI for developing the game of handball scientifically from the grass-root level.
According to a handout issued here Prof Hammouda has expressed satisfaction over the arrangement for theoretical classes and annoyance over the arrangement of practical classes.
