JAMMU, Mar 15: The remaining matches of Pt Prem Nath Dogra Memorial Gold Cup Football Tournament will be played after March 31, 2020 at Mini Stadium, Parade Ground, here.
The matches were suspended by the organisers in view of Coronavirus (COVID19).
Formidable Punjab Police team has already qualified for the semifinals in this prestigious tournament and will lock horns with the winners of the quarterfinal match between Hero Club and Paldeep FC.
The other two quarterfinals will be played between Prem Nath Dogra FC and Khalsa United Punjab and J&K Bank versus Care Football Club Jalandhar.
“The tournament will begin soon after the threat of Coronavirus is over. We have suspended the tournament up to March 31, 2020. Hopefully, we will star it in the first week of April,” said Rakesh Khanna, Organising Secretary of the Tournament.
