POONCH, Oct 10: Dr. Pankajvir Singh, an Orthopaedic Surgeon from district Poonch, has brought pride to the Jammu region by serving as a Sports Medicine Expert and On-field Orthopaedic Surgeon at the World Para Athletics Championship held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi.
Selected by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), Dr. Singh is the first Orthopaedician from Jammu to serve at this prestigious international event, which saw over 2,200 para-athletes from 100+ countries.
