REASI, Apr 4: District Police Reasi, under the Civic Action Programme (CAP), organized a Kho-Kho Tournament at Govt. Higher Secondary School (HSS) Boys, Reasi, aimed at promoting teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness among the youth. The event saw enthusiastic participation from girl students from various schools.
Five teams from Govt. HSS Girls Reasi, Gurukul Public HSS Reasi, Govt. High School Kambal Danga, Govt. High School Gran More and Govt. High School Talwara took part in the competition. The tournament was graced by Deepak Kumar, Principal of Govt. HSS Boys Reasi, as the chief guest.
SHO Reasi, Inspector Ranjeet Singh Rao, praised the participants’ spirit and emphasized the importance of sports in developing leadership and teamwork skills. He highlighted that such initiatives under CAP reflect Reasi Police’s commitment to nurturing young talent.
Govt. HSS Girls Reasi won the tournament, with Govt. High School Talwara securing the runner-up position. Trophies, medals, and refreshments were provided to all participants.
