JAMMU, Dec 30: Four Roller Hockey players of Roller Athlete Skating Club Jindrah namely Ankush Kohli, Ramneesh Sharma, Sanjeev Kumar and Gagan Singh Jamwal became the National Champion for the 4th consecutive year in the recently concluded 60th National Roller Skating Championship held at Bangalore in the Masters Men Roller Hockey category.
They all are the members of the J&K Masters team. Earlier all these four players were the regular members of the J&K team which won Gold medal three times whereas 5 Cadet Boys namely Purushartha Singh, Aarav Jandyal, Krishna Sharma, Bhavanya Bhagat (captain) and Rakshan Sharma (GK) from the Jindrah Club also won bronze medal.
Rasc speed skater Abhinav Bakshi also performed well and was placed 4th in all his races.
The management of the Roller Athlete skating club Jindrah congratulated them for bringing laurels to the J&K.
