DODA, Apr 20: Taking a further step to make Doda a hub of adventure sports, the District Administration conducted paragliding trials at Panchai area of Sub Division Thathri, here today.
The trials were conducted under the guidance of DDC Doda Vikas Sharma, where the trials event was conducted under the supervision of SDM Thathri.
It is pertinent to mention here that the District Administration is continuously making efforts to promote the adventure sports activities in the district to attract tourists. In this regard, a water rafting festival was also organised by the Administration last month.
The locals of the area extended gratitude to the District Administration especially DDC Doda for organising trials here to promote adventure sports.
