JAMMU, Aug 26: Inter School District Level Competitions, organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports in the discipline of U-19 Hockey and Basketball (Boys) concluded here at KK Hakku Stadium and MA Stadium.
New National HSS Tali Morh beat Government HSS Gole Gujral by 5-1 goals and lifted U-19 Hockey title, whereas U-19 basketball title was claimed by MHAC Nagbani by crushing KC Public School by 43-20 points.
Meanwhile, Inter School District Level Competitions in the disciplines of U-19 Hockey and Basketball (girls), being organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports gets underway at KK Hakku Stadium and MA Stadium.
In U-14 Hockey, Government HS Simbal Camp beat SOS Gole Gujral by 2-0 goals, whereas in U-17 category, SOS Gole Gujral defeated Presentation Convent by 2-0 goals and in U-19 category, Government HSS Canal Road crushed Presentation Convent by 1-0 goal and APS Miran Sahib beat HSS Gole Gujral by 1-0 goal.
In U-19 Basketball, MIER beat Government HSS Mubarak Mandi by 6-2 points, MHAC Nagbani defeated APS Kaluchack and Jodhamal School crushed Banyan International.
The matches were officiated by Vishal Bharti, Vaneet, Amit Kalsi, Mousmi, Rajesh Bandral, Harvinder Singh, Jagjit, Mandeep, Karanjeet and Gurmet Singh.
