JAMMU, Sept 10: It was a life changing experience for the NCC cadet from the city college who was among the members of the team that represented the country in a Youth Exchange Programme at Perm, Russia.
SUO Roshni Barsal was the only female cadet from the State to represent the country.
A team of 25 cadets from across the country were part of the Youth Exchange Programme, a country to country exchange of NCC cadets.
They participated in NCC activities of the host country to create an increased awareness and appreciation of each other’s socio-economic and cultural realities.
Prof (Dr) Kaushal Smotra, Principal of the college, Prof sudhanshu sharma, Prof Surinder Sharma, Lt. Shivani Sharma (ANO) and Lt. Malti Rajput(ANO) congratulated the cadet on her achievement and bringing laurels not only to the institution but to the State.
