JAMMU, Apr 26: One of the the cricketing greats and legendary spinners of the world, Muttiah Muralitharan, is part of the IPL bandwagon donning the role of a bowling coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad. At the nets, he is keeping close tab of the proceedings, having intense conversation with the team mentor VVS Laxman, giving off-spinner Parvez Rasool and the rest a few tips on the use of the crease, the grip so on and so forth.
To a question, in an exclusive interview at iplt20.com, as to is there anyone from Sunrisers Hyderabad, who can make it to the big league, the spinning great said that in ODI format off-spinner Parvez Rasool has a great chance.
Murali said that he has only known Parvez for a week now and observed that he has immense potential in him, adding that one has to see how he (Parvez) works hard and how he comes up.
When contacted by EXCELSIOR, Parvez said that the remark from the legendary spinner is a greatest tribute to him.
