Mudasir joins Mumbai Heroes for Celebrity League

JAMMU, Mar 26: Mudasir Zafar became the first Bollywood actor from Jammu and Kashmir to play in the high-profile Celebrity Cricket League.
Mudasir Zafar made his debut for Mumbai Heroes in the ‘Celebrity Cricket League’ at YS Rajashekar Reddy Cricket Stadium Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The Celebrity Cricket League is an amateur men’s Cricket league in India. It consists of eight teams of film actors from eight film industries of Indian Cinema. Salman Khan is the brand ambassador for Celebrity Cricket League.
The CCL teams use various venues for their home games and it has a vast coverage in Indian media. The Mumbai team consists of Stars like Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Sohail Khan, Aftab Shiv Dasani, Sameer Kochhar, Sharad Kelkar, Shabir Ahluwalia and many other top stars.
Mudasir Zafar received his cap from the team owner Sohail Khan before the match. The live telecast of the match was available on Zee Anmol cinemas, & Pictures, Zee5, PTC Punjabi and was also live streamed on YouTube.
