INDORE, Sept 14:
The Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA), which is hosting the third Test match between India and New Zealand here, has announced ticket rates for the game.
The final Test of the three-match series will start on October 8 at the Holkar Cricket Stadium.
“Nearly 18,000 to 20,000 tickets of the Test match between India and New Zealand will be available for sale in the range of Rs 350 to Rs 2,500. The dates when the tickets are available for sale will be announced soon,”, MPCA’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rohit Pandit said today.
He also informed that MPCA has given an application to the Madhya Pradesh government seeking 100 per cent rebate from the entertainment tax.
“We are waiting for the state government’s reply on the issue. Depending upon the response, the rates of the tickets may get altered,” Pandit added.
The CEO termed “historic” the organisation of the match as the city of famouse cricketer Syed Mushtaq Ali will be holding a Test for the first time. (PTI)
