JAMMU, Sept 24: In the ongoing Indoor Cricket Triangular Series, the final match was played between Evening Warrior Cricket Club and Morning Riser Cricket Club at KC Sports Club, here today.
The Morning Riser Cricket Club won the toss and decided to bat first. MRCC was led by Sidhant, while EWCC was led by Karan Bhat.
Batting first, Morning Riser Cricket Club scored 52 runs in 15 overs. Sumit, Souvra and Sidhant contributed 18, 12 and 11 runs respectively. For EWCC, Vikram took 2 wickets, while Karan and Tanish claimed 1 wicket each.
While chasing the target, Evening Warrior Cricket Club was bundled out for paltry total of 43 runs in 11.2 overs. Kamal, Anoop and Neeraj contributed 12, 10 and 8 runs respectively. From bowling side, Pranav scalped 4 wickets, while Biren 3 wickets and Anchit claimed two.
Prizes were distributed among the winners and runners-up teams on the valedictory function.
