MIER outplays KC International by 122 runs

JAMMU, Nov 13: MIER outplayed KC International School by a huge margin of 122 runs and entered into the next round of the ongoing ‘Healthy is Wealthy 30 Over U-16 Cricket Tournament’, being organised by the Country Cricket Club and Project Model Higher Secondary School.
Batting first, MIER scored 197 runs in 30 overs. Shezad played a splendid inning of 73 runs, Arya and Sameer also smashed some crispy shots and made 41 runs each.
For KC International School, Aman, Rasagya and Vansh claimed one wicket each.
In reply, KC International School failed to chase the target and bundled out at paltry 75 runs by losing all the wickets. Surat was the top scorer with 16 runs, while Yugan and Sami made 10 run seach.
For MIER, Sagar and Rahil took three wickets each, while Kaniya took 2 wickets. Puneya and Suzel claimed one wicket each.
The match was officiated by umpires Garu Ram and Kashish Abrol, while the overall Incharge of the Tournament is Sanjay Kumar.
