MHS CC lifts Bunty Memorial Cricket title

JAMMU, Oct 10: Maharaja Hari Singh Cricket Club (MHSCC) Nagbani lifted the 1st Bunty Salathia Memorial Cricket tournament title at Nagbani, here today.
Batting first Bawa Jitto CC made129 runs by losing 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs, wherein Neelu made 39 runs, while Shakti scored 38 runs. From the bowling side, Raman took 3 wickets.
In reply, MHSCC chased the target easily in 18th overs on the loss of 4 wickets, wherein Sumit made 50 runs, while Jagmohan made a quick-fire 41 runs. Sumit was declared as man of the match for his outstanding half century, while Raman was announced as man of the tournament and best bowler of the series.
Ajju was declared as best batsman of the tournament.
Happy Singh (Rajan), president of Yuva Rajput Sabha was the special guest of the final match, while Ex Sarpanch Subash Sharma, Sarpanch Pawan Salathia were guests of honour and SHO Domana Tilak Raj Sharma, Inspector, Kunal Singh were also present during the event.
The final match was officiated by the organising committee members including Dinesh Salathia, Vijay Salathia and Lucky Salathia.
