MBCC lifts Sarfu Ram Memorial Tourney

JAMMU, Feb 7: Master Blaster CC (MBCC) beats Mishriwala CC in close contest by one run in 3rd Suberdar Sarfu Ram Sharma Memorial Tournament, played at Kodewala Ground, here today.
Batting first, MBCC scored 108/6 in 12 overs wherein Sikander made highest 50 runs and Sahil scored 28 runs. From bowling side, Rohit Singh took two wickets.
While chasing the target, Mishriwala CC scored to score only 107 runs by losing nine wickets in stipulated 12 overs and lost the match by one run. Rohit scored 37runs, whereas Lucky made 15 runs. From bowling side, Raj Singh took three wickets and Jishu got one wicket.
Sikander was declared man of the match for his splendid knock, whereas Ajay Kumar was awarded with man of the tournament.
SSP Police Training Academy Udhampur, Mohan Lal Bhagat was the cheif guest while Thakur Sham Singh Langeh (Gen Secretary JKCA District Jammu) with Parshotam Lal (social worker) were special guests and Sandeep Sharma and Kuldeep Raj (Girdawar) were the guests of honor.
This tournament was organised by Kanta Devi wife of late Sub Sarfu Ram Sharma under the supervision of Sanjeev Sharma.
