DODA, Dec 7: Bhaderwah Masood Club defeated Green Shaheen Doda in final match and lifted the Chenab Valley Premier League Cricket Championship, here today.
Batting first, Green Shaheen Doda scored 134 runs in stipulated 20 overs, while the opponent team (Masood Club) chased the target with one over left and won the championship.
On this occasion, Chairman of Municipal Committee Doda, Ved Prakash Gupta, Member Municipal Committee, Asif Iqbal and Army Officers were also present during the closing ceremony. The winning team was awarded with trophy and cash prizes by the dignitaries of event.
The tournament has started on November 12 wherein about 32 teams of Doda district participated.
