Manohar honoured with Research Award

JAMMU, Dec 31: Dr Manohar Lal, son of Late Captain Chuni Lal, resident of Chak Malal, Akhnoor in Jammu, has been honoured with Research Award 2012-14 on the topic ‘Socio Economic Condition of Migrant Labour’, a case study of Jammu District of Jammu and Kashmir State by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
Dr Lal is presently working as Associate Professor of Economics at Govt SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu. He has already completed a Research Project on ‘Critical Evaluation of Child Labour-A case study of Jammu District of J&K State and is also writer of many books and research papers.
Dr Satinder Singh, College Principal and staff members have lauded the Dr Lal for this achievement.
