JAMMU, July 30: Under the aegis of I J&K Armoured Squardron, National Cadet Corps Annual Training Camp is being held at NCC Camping Ground, Nagrota, here.
Around 500 cadets from various areas of District Samba and Kathua are participating in the Camp and are being imparted outdoor Military training such as obstacle training, weapon handling and firing, judging distance, map reading and drill etc.
Major General Neeraj Verma, Additional Director General, I J&K Dte and Group Commander Colonel Rahul Bali visited the Camp and witnessed many training activities being carried out by cadets and lauded their efforts for the same.
The visiting officer was amused by the leadership qualities and team spirit shown by the cadets and appreciated the Camp Commandant Vimal Narang and ANOs for organizing the Camp successfully.
