Maharashtra scores 377/3 against J&K

JAMMU, Dec 21: Dhiraj Dhere and Advik Tiwary slammed classic centuries as Maharashtra scored huge 377/3 against Jammu and Kashmir in the ongoing Vijay Merchant Trophy at ACA Stadium, Mangalagiri in Vijayawada today.
Batting first, Maharashtra batters made merry against unimpressive J&K bowling attack and put Maharashtra in command.
Opener Dhiraj Dhere scored 104 off 182 balls, studded with 17 boundaries, while Advik Tiwary scored aggressive 118 off 126 balls with 15 fours and one six. Wicketkeeper Saras Jogi scored 39 runs, while Vedant Gore was at the crease on 73 off 89 balls studded with 9 fours and one six, while Aditya Bhatt was unbeaten on 13 runs.
Jeevesh Gupta was the only successful bowler for J&K, who took all 3 wickets to fall by conceding 107 runs in 36 overs.
