JAMMU, Dec 23: Little Angels Public school Vijaypur celebrated ‘Annual Day/Prize Distribution Function’ in the school premises with enthusiasm and great fervor.
The programme started with the Flag Hoisting Ceremony followed by March Past & PT. The cultural programme includes Welcome song, Dogri, English, Punjabi, Patriotic action song and skit on ‘Education to the girl child’.
The principal of the school Rajan Gupta spoke about the activities of the school. He stressed on shaping the future of the children in such a way that they would be able to compete challenges of dynamic world over boldly.
The director of the institute Amrit Lal Gupta welcomed the parents and the guests and highlighted the achievement of the school in academic, social events and in the field of extracurricular activities.
R.K.Varma Deputy Commissioner Samba was the chief guest, while Surinder Mohan Mahajan Chief Education Officer Samba and Pawan Sharma ARTO Samba were the ‘guest of honour wherein parents and prominent educationist of the area attended the function.
Chief guest lauded the presentation of Annual Day and cultural programme and said that children being future citizens of our nation must be made physically strong morally up right and intellectually good indeed.
