Lawrence School students win prizes in Poem Recitation competition

JAMMU, Sept 4: Lawrence Public School students won 1st & 3rd prize in the Inter School poem recitation competition held at BHM Public High School, here.
The Inter School poem recitation competition was organised by BHM Public High School under the aegis of Youth Talent Search Forum in which students from various reputed schools of Jammu had participated.
The competition was adjudged by Mala Sharma, Madhu Bala and Rekha Charak. The students were presented merit certificates by the Usha Jamwal, Principal BHM Public School.
Shaurya Pratap of Lawrence Public School, Panjtirthi won the first prize in English poem recitation competition, while Tejasvi Raina of Lawrence Public School, Sidhra won the third prize in Hindi poem recitation competition.
Later, both the students were congratulated by Wing Cdr. MM Joshi, Chairman Lawrence Public School.
While congratulating the students he also appreciated the efforts of Rajni Jamwal and Aparna Gupta for preparing the students for this competition.
