Last date for nomination to Prof Chaman Lal Gupta Award on Apr 15

JAMMU, Apr 9: Secretary of Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation (VSSF), Kuldeep Kumar Gupta said that Foundation has finalised the last date for filing of nomination to Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta Khel Ratna Sports Award on April 15.
The number of awards will be 50, besides Players, Lifetime Achievement Award, Sports Administrator Award among the Association as well as for Government official, Dronacharya Awardee, Arjuna Awardee, International Referee, International Coach, Physiotherapist, Dietist who served international event, as well as sports doctor who served international players/ event and such individuals who have contributed to the sports journalism will also be awarded.
Gupta said that the sportspersons and officials who have represented the country in international events can email on vssfjandk@gmail.com or send through speed post at our office address 36, Lane No.2, Parveen Colony, Ext. Trikuta Nagar Jammu along with passport size photograph with high resolution, Aadhar Card, Domicile Certificate, Participation/Medal Certificate along with the application address to secretary of the Foundation.
Gupta further said that one player from each discipline will be selected by the Award Selection Committee. The foundation will also give special privilege to the International who belongs to Fencing Games. The Award will carry cash award, citation, insurance and blazer.
