BHADARWAH, June 27: Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhadarwah celebrated its annual day with pomp and show, at Community Hall, here today.
Bhupinder Kumar, SDM Bhadarwah (Nominee Chairman VMC, KV Bhadarwah) was the chief guest, while Aani Kotwal, Principal Girls Higher Secondary School Bhadarwah was the guest of honour on the occasion.
The programme started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest. The students recited Sanskrit Shalokas during this ceremony. Sarsvati Vandana was presented by the students of the Vidyalaya.
Principal S K Srivastave read out the annual report. He highlighted the achievements of students as well as the teachers.
Speaking on this occasion, chief guest appreciated the efforts made by the students to put up a very good show of cultural items with the essence of values.
A cultural programme, comprising of Patriotic Song, Dance, Krishanavtar, Folk Dance, Nari Shakti item, Western Dance, Bhadarwahi Dhaku Dance and Bhangra, was presented by the students. Meritorious students in different fields of activities, as well achievers of CBSE Exams with Grade A and teachers with excellence in their performance in education and other fields were honored on this occasion.
