KATHUA, Dec 31: Khanna Cricket Club defeated Balaji Club Kurukshetra on 13th day of the ongoing Martyr’s Memorial Cricket Tournament, here today.
Khanna Cricket Club choose to bat first after winning the toss and set a target of 141 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets which Balaji Club failed to chase in 20 overs.
Balaji Club scored 137 runs in 20 overs with 3 wickets in hand.
Khanna Cricket Club won the match by 4 runs. Himanshu was declared as Man of the Match for his stunning performance. He played brilliant inning of 51 runs in 50 balls with 8 boundaries.
Officials said that the sports stadium here is witnessing huge gathering of spectators in ongoing T20 Police Memorial Tournament enjoying sensational performances and boost the morale of all participating teams. The gathering is multiplying day by day, they added.
