KC Public students blossom in ‘Tiranga’ Festival

JAMMU, Sept 3: Demonstrating their skills almost to a perfection, the students of KC Public School blossomed in the ‘Tiranga’ Festival, organized by Banyan International School, recently.
CBSE affiliated Schools in Jammu were invited to the Fest to take part in various competitive events such as painting, treasure hunt, street play, poster making and debate. The main theme of the Fest was ‘Indian Heritage’.
Sanat Abrol impressed the judges with his extemporary style of debating and his acute sense of humour and bagged the first position. Aakriti Zutshi also spoke well in this debate. Six students namely Sanjali Suri, Vishali Grewal, Jhanvi Rajput, Pranav Koul, Ribhav Mittal and Tushar Wadhwa presented a powerful street play of the need for conserving the heritage sites in the Country and won first position on the basis of flawless performance as a team.
In the on-the-spot poetry writing competition, Kinshuk Safaya ably supported by Megha Goswami also won the first position.
School Principal, Amarendra Mishra lauded the efforts and commitment of the students for this achievement.
