JAMMU, June 22: The students of KC Public School organised Model United Nation named Magnum Youth Parliament.
The aim behind organising the MUN was to extend help to deserving people. The students have jointly pooled money and decided to distribute masks among poor labourers. The event was organised under the supervision of Krishna Saproo through Zoom meet.
Students, under MUN spoke on various topics. The programme was divided into various committees including LoK Sabha, WHO crisis committee, UNHRC and UNECOSOC.
During the event Guneet Singh, Shelonika Bhambhani, and Padmaja Sharma acted as chief guest whereas Hanumat Sharma and Vihaan Gupta were chief advisors, Bhavyta Anand and Suhani Sachdeva were secretary generals, Ojas Kapur as attorney general; Pranav Koul as OC head, Mohd Shehzaan Rahi and Krishna Saproo as chairperson and vice chairperson WHO CCC respectively.
Nilay Kr Jain from Assam,Maitri Gupta,Samarth and Kr Hriday Singh Sahi were best delegates.
