Karatekas awarded black belt

JAMMU, Feb 3: Two karatekas namely Avril Attri and Dr Mir Abid Hussain were awarded black belt 1 dan by Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate DO Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
While Avril is 11 years student from KC Public School, Mir is working as Research Associate (CSIR).
The black belt certificates were presented to them by Ambedkar Gupta, 4th Dan Black Belt, president/style chief J&K.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Association is affiliated to All India Karate Do Federation and recognised by Indian Olympic Association.
