JAMMU, Oct 30: Junior Khalsa Cricket Club trounced Vicky Cricket club Srinagar by a margin of 107 runs in 2nd Sikh Premier League T-20 tournament organized by Khalsa Cricket club Jammu played at Baba Jhule Shah Ground, Camp Gole Gujral, here.
After winning toss, Khalsa Cricket Club led by skipper Kawaldeep Singh elected to bat first and made 195 runs by losing 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Navjot Singh top scored with 61 runs and Jatinder Singh scored 34 runs to help JKCC to score 195 runs. For VCC, Veerul took 3 wickets and Pardeep claimed 1 wicket.
Chasing the target, Vicky Cricket Club made 87 runs, thus losing the match to Khalsa Cricket Club by a margin of 107 runs. Amritpal Singh scored 23 runs for his team, while Pardeep contributed 15 runs to the total. From KCC, Ranjandeep took 3 wickets, while Gagan and Kawal grabbed 2 wickets each.
Navjot Singh was adjudged as the man of the match for his brilliant performance.
