JAMMU, Feb 9: Four Players from J&K State shine in National Ju-Jitsu Championship 2017-18 for Aspirants, Junior and Senior which was held at Sacred Heart College Campus Kochi, Kerala recently.
The Championship was organized by Kerala Ju-Jitsu Association under the aegis of Ju-Jitsu Association of India. Saleem Jaffar who won gold medals after playing very hard bouts against Haryana, while Rahat Shakeel and Ayushi Raina won silver medals and Suhail Ahmed clinched bronze medal.
After returning back from Cochi, the players met Waheed-Ur-Rehman Para, Secretary J&K State Sports Council, who lauded their efforts and their coach Tarsem Sharma for excellent achievements.
He assured all possible help to the Association in future.
