JAMMU, Aug 2: Jammu Sanskriti School (JSS) students participated in the Youth Parliament held at Maharaja Dawai Maan Singh Vidyalaya, Jaipur. The Vidyalaya organised a youth Parliament in order to pay a tribute to Maharani Gayatri Devi.
The Youth Parliament was held between 29 to 30 July. The aim of Youth Parliament is to develop in students an insight into the working of parliament and to consider public issues and form their opinion on them. There were six sessions on different topics and there was a healthy discussion over such topics.
All the reputed schools from different States of India participated vibrantly in this event. Jammu Sanskriti School students Bhumika Singh, Petunia Singh, Sneha and Jayant left everyone awestruck by their hypnotic performance, the statement said.
Rohini Aima, Principal cum vice-chairperson lauded all the students and their mentor. She also asserted that the school believes in creating lifelong learners who are diligent enough to deliberate on social issues and create an astounding impact.
