JSS shines in ATL Tinkering Fest-2022

JAMMU, Feb 22: Students of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu namely Aryaveer Singh and Ayaanveer Singh of class 5th bagged 2nd prize in National level Science Fest ‘ATL Tinkering Fest-2022’, organized by Mount Abu Public School, Delhi.
Students from all corners of India participated in the event which was organized for promoting UN Sustainable Development Goals based on the Central theme of India with special focus on climate action.
They (students) worked together to create a model of an insulated container that acts as a mini fridge and prevents ice from melting for some time.
The model is based on insulation where it traps the air and as an insulator, it prevents heat from flowing outside. The students were mentored by Komal Charak (PRT EVS) under the guidance of Varuna Mangotra (Primary wing Coordinator).
Rohini Aima, Principal cum Vice-chairperson and the Management applauded the creative and innovative efforts of the students for  bringing laurels to the Institution as well as their mentor for her constant  guidance.
