Jodhamal students win medals in Kathmandu

JAMMU, July 19: In the recently held Asian Matsogi-Do Championship-2014 at Kathmandu, Nepal, the students of Jodhamal Public School, while representing India won 4 medals, with three gold and one bronze.
The gold medal winners included Ansh Gupta, Aditi Sharma and Kanwarpal Singh Sudan, while Nikunj Langer won bronze.
The winners were awarded prizes by Mian Altaf Ahmed, coach of Pakistan team and Javed Abdul Khawar, coach of Afghanistan team.
Vishal Samrat and Gurdeep Singh were the In-charge of the Indian team.
Jodhamal School Coach, Vishal Samrat also bagged gold in the men’s category.
School Principal, Trilok Singh Bist felicitated all five of them in a special assembly for their outstanding achievement.
