Jodhamal School staff attends International Workshops

JAMMU, Apr 25:  Jodhamal Public School by virtue of being the first YES Centre for IAYP (Duke of Edengurh’s Awards) and the first school to receive the International School Award accredited by the British Council in the State of Jammu and Kashmir has an access to all International Workshops across the Globe to develop the faculty members of the school.
Recently the teachers were sent for different workshops to acquire more to the benefit of each children studying at JMPS.
Shallu Sharma went to Sagar International School, Alwar in Rajasthan for the All Asia Paciffic Training for the Trainer (T4T) for the IAYP Programme and became the first IAYP Trainer for the IAYP Award Leaders and can take up sessions all over India on invitation.
Deepmala of Jodhamal was selected for the Global Teacher Accreditation Project an initiative of British Council to select the Teachers for International Exchange Programme.
Avinash Mahajan and Narender Singh of JMPS went to Chandigarh to be a part of the Regional Summit on Quality in Education.
Nandini Bakshi and Avinash Mahajan went for an Edu-Leadership International Workshop at the World Peace Centre, Lucknow and brought home a lot more tips to enhance the capabilities of each teacher .
Ranju Malhotra went to New Delhi to be a part of the British Council’s initiative on the Listening and speaking skill workshop and she too shared her experiences with the rest of the Language Teachers to ensure honing up of the speaking skills among Jodhamal kids.
Another enriching workshop by British Council was attended by Bhawna Madaan and Sonia Mahajan at Greater Noida on the topic “Enriching Education Workshop”.
Neetu Johri and Urmila Kaul were invited to Mumbai for the Workshop on the Pre Primary Educational Innovations and Implementations under the aegis of the Education World Magazine.
