JAMMU, Feb 21: Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association will be honouring the outstanding sportspersons of the State with S. Rangil Singh Award in a function to be held soon.
The decision in this regard was taken in a meeting of Sub-Committee of JKOA headed by Dr Ashutosh Sharma.
The outstanding sportspersons to receive the award include Chain Singh (Shooting), Parvez Rasool (Cricket), Arun Malhotra (Football), Vansh Mahajan (Fencing), Saqlain Tariq (Volleyball), Abdul Teli (Cycling), Shubham Singh Bhau (Kho-Kho), Amarjeet Singh (Athletics), Narmal Singh (Athletics), Shweta Thakur (Judo), Danish Sharma (Judo), Kuldeep Handoo (Wushu), Surya Bhanu Partap (Wushu), Rajinder Singh (Wushu), Ajay Sharma (TT) and Aman Sharma (Anchor).
