JAMMU, Apr 18: 7th J&K UT & District Men, Women and Master Powerlifting Championship was organised by Powerlifting Association of J&K affiliated with Indian Powerlifting Federation (IPF) at Indoor Stadium Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.
In the championship, more than 50 players under different categories including men, women and master had participated. Medals and certificates were distributed among the winners by Chief Guest ex- Mayor, Rajinder Sharma and Guest of Honour, Rajat Sharma, MD Unique Outsourcing and Mohinder Sharma.
The championship was officiated by Sanchit Kalotra, Surinder Dogra, Ajmer Singh, Sameer Kalotra, Karamjit Singh, Vipul Gupta, Vijay, Dr Vikram Slathia, Shovit Verma, Himanshu, Varundeep Sharma, Bhawna, Rajat Solan and Rakesh.
Media Secretary Vishal Gupta and Atul Sharma were special guests on this occasion while Koushal Parihar was special guest. President Amit Dutta and Rakesh Kumar, General Secretary Powerlifting Association of J&K were also present on the occasion.
