JAMMU, Feb 23: All J&K State Power Lifting Association has decided to hold J&K State Dead Lift Championship in the 2nd week of April, 2019 at Yatri Bhawan, here.
This was disclosed by Ajay Sharma, General Secretary of the Association, while addressing a meeting here today.
The championship is being organized by the All J&K State Power Lifting Association which is affiliated to Power Lifting India.
“The date of championship will be announced in the first week of April after finalizing all the adequate arrangements. Players from all the districts of J&K are participating in the championship,” Sharma said.
Sharma informed that weighing will be conducted on the commencement of championship.
Among others who were present in the meeting include Rahul Sahni Vice President, Vinay Sharma, Press Secretary, Sanjeev Singh and Deepak Jyoti Joint Secretaries, Venus Sharma and core committee members.
