JAMMU, Nov 12: The players of Jammu and Kashmir brought laurels the State by winning medals in the 6th International Karate Do Championship, organized by World Sports Tangsoodo Federation of Indiraprastha at Jang Bhawan Sainik Vihar, Rani Bagh, Delhi.
These players participated in the Championship under the supervision of Ravinder Singh Jamwal, IVth Dan Black Belt.
The medal winners included Parvinder Singh (gold), Bhanu Pratap Singh, Simran Koul and Gopal Krishan (all silver), Saif Ali, Ram Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Priya Jamwal, Vikram Singh Jamwal and Shalini Bandral (all bronze). Vishwa Pratap Singh and Rajat Singh also participated in the Championship.
