J&K Muay Thai team selected for 7th National C’ship

JAMMU, May 17: The Muay Thai Association of Jammu and Kashmir (MAJK) has announced the selection of the J&K Muay Thai team for the 7th National Muay Thai Championship, scheduled to be held in Haldwani from June 1 to June 4.
The association expressed pride and confidence in the selected athletes, who will represent Jammu and Kashmir at the national level. The selection announcement was made in the presence of Chief Patron Sahil Aggarwal, Chairman Sanjay Bansal, President Amit Singh, Technical Director Vikas Dhar, National Referee Mohit Singh and coaches Neeraj Singh, Surjeet Dogra, and Abhimanyu Singh Charak. Senior Vice President MAJK and Director of Makoons Pre-School, Talab Tillo, Jammu, Abhishek Luthra, was also present.
The selected players include Pranav Saini (30 kg), Prikshit Sharma (81 kg), Aryan Mathur (61 kg), Abhijyot Singh (50 kg), Sukhmani Kour (57 kg), Falak Koul (43 kg), Parinika Koul (45 kg), Tanishka Koul (30 kg), Adhvika Kashyap (35 kg), Samaira Sharma (18 kg), Jayati (52 kg), Aradhiya Sharma (63 kg), Rishav Kumar (79 kg), Dhruv Sharma (86.4 kg), Divyansh Bagal (72 kg), Aditya Kumar (60 kg), Rayan Kotwal (30 kg), Royal Kotwal (23 kg), Nihaas Mahajan (36 kg), Deepak Randhawa (52 kg), Kartik Kaith (52 kg), Ankush Choudhary (46 kg), Arush Sharma (76 kg), Dishant Pun Magar (25 kg), Marvin Chalwania (36 kg), Jouryaveer Singh (39 kg), Abhyuday Singh (29 kg), Laksh Deep (55 kg), Vaibhav Sharma (64 kg), Ankit Jeryal (80 kg), and Garv Mahajan (32 kg).
While addressing the selected athletes, Chief Patron Sahil Aggarwal and Chairman Sanjay Bansal extended their best wishes and urged them to perform with dedication and discipline to bring laurels to Jammu and Kashmir at the national stage.
