SRINAGAR, May 29: J&K Muay Thai team excelled in Sub Junior and Junior National Muay Thai Championship for boys and girls held at Guwahati (Assam) from May 24 to 28, 2019.
745 participants from 21 States across India participated in the event.
The event was organized by Assam Muay Thai Association.
J&K team bagged 4 gold and 2 bronze medals.
Shah Talha, Maheen Mushtaq, Fahad Yaqoob and Arsalan bagged gold medals, while Ishrat and Ubair Mushtaq claimed bronze medals in their respective age/weight categories.
The team was accompanied by Aijaz Hassan, General Secretary (JKMA).
