JAMMU, Feb 9: Jammu and Kashmir Junior Kabaddi team left for 46th Junior National Championship to be held at Rohtak in Haryana from February 13 to 16, 2020.
According to a handout issued here by General Secretary of the Association, Surinder Mohan Gupta, the team will participate in the Championship under the banner of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K Sports Council.
Anil Gupta, President, J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association distributed sports kits among the selected players in the presence of Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, J&K Sports Council; Satish Kumar, Manager Indoor Stadium, Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, CEO J&K Kabaddi Association; Surinder Mohan, General Secretary; Sangram Singh, Treasurer, Ankush Chib, Sanjit Kumar, Anil Modi, Anil Sharma, Senior Kabaddi Coach and Ajay Gupta, Senior Kabaddi Coach.
Earlier the teams were screened by Screening Committee of J&K Sports Council including Ravi Singh, DSO Jammu and Satish Gupta, Manager Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium, Jammu.
The Team (Boys): Mohd Hussain War, Mohd Altaf, Shawar Gul, Rajan Singh Manhas,, Vasnsh Deep, Sadam Hussain, Sourav Singh, Vishal Sharma, Sheraj Ahmed, Mohd. Asif, Jasvir Singh, Sumit Bhagat and Rashpal Singh NIS Kabaddi Coach is the coach of the team, while Jaswinder Singh is the manager.
Girls: Farhat Anjum, Zule Khan, Priyanka Devi, Pooja Devi, Palak Saini, VaishaliKainth, SheetalKumari, Siya Saini, Nitya Chaudhary, Samudhani, Rama Sharma and Sonia. Archana Koshal is the manager of the team and Manmeet Kour is the coach.
