JAMMU, Dec 12: Eighteen-member Ju-Jitsu team of J&K along with two coaches and one manager left for Ju-Jitsu National Championship 2019 to be held at KD Sports Stadium, Lucknow from December 13 to 15, 2019.
The team: Lavanya Sharma, Ina Dhar, Janvi Singh, Anika Rai (all women); Darsh Bhat, Parth Mahajan, Tarkish Verma, Kanishq Sharma, Droan Kohli, Sheikh Aazim, Zayi Doberyal, Aaditya Rai, Anirudh Verma, Kouvam Gupta, Asim Naim, Hayan, Mohd Kaif and Vaihnavi Singh (all men).
Harsh Varghan Raina is accompanying the team as Coach and Rajat Bhagat as manager.
Aashima is the girls Coach, and Danish Sharma, National Referee.
Tarsem Sharma is the General Secretary of J&K Ju-Jitsu Assocaition.
Deepak Handa, President of Ju-Jitsu Association gave his good wishes to the players and the officials.
He advised the players to play with sporting spirit.
