JAMMU, Jan 29: Jammu and Kashmir held the formidable team of West Bengal to a goalless draw in their opening group match of the Under-19 Football Tournament underway at Shillong.
“The team officials informed that J&K played well and held the tough opponent in West Bengal to a draw. Now, in the next outing, J&K will take on Karnataka on January 31 at Shillong,” chairman DFA Jammu, Narinder Gupta said.
Meanwhile, the J&K Football Association appreciated the boys and the team management for the performance and wished them good luck and success in the upcoming matches.
