JAMMU, Feb 3: Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association selected Senior, Junior and Sub Junior team for upcoming 16th National Mountain Bike Championship which is scheduled to be held at Haldwani, Uttarakhand from February 20 to 22.
In this regard, a selection trials were held by Jammu and Kashmir Cyclic Association today at Baba Julla Sports Stadium, Gole Gujral, Jammu wherein 50 cyclists of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in various age categories participated and showed their talent.
The championship was held under the supervision of Ravinder Singh President, SS Gill General Secretary, Om Parakash Associate Secretary and Veteran Cyclists, Ravi Salgotra – Treasurer, Vikesh Sharma Executive member and former National Cyclist.
For Sub Junior category, Harsh Tomar , Harsh Singh , Nipun Anand, Sahil Choudhary and Sudhanshu Sharma were selected.
For Men Junior, Manav Radha , Amit Sanyal, Yuvraj Singh whereas for Senior category, Akash Bhat , Anish Dubey and Nitish Kumar were selected.
