J&K Artists Camp concludes

SRINAGAR, May 25: J&K Artists Camp was organized by D P Dhar Memorial Trust at Delhi Public School Athwajun Srinagar, which concluded today.
About 16 artists of J&K State participated  in the Camp which included  M Y Bacha (Srinagar), Subash Anand (Jammu), M Akram Khan Reasi (Jammu), Masood Tabish Naqshbandi (Srinagar), Reecha Gupta (Jammu), Nabeel Sultan (Srinagar), Renu Bala (Jammu),Nusrat Zahoor Shah and Subina Gul (Srinagar), Vir ji Sumbly (Jammu), Narinder K Bhagat (Kathua), Anjali Bharti (Samba), Ankush Sudan (Poonch), Dhananjay Sharma (Samba), Lilly Bhatiya Udhampur(Jammu), Javaid Iqbal Sopore (Srinagar).
The Artist prepared two paintings in six ( 6) days Artist Camp.
D P Dhar Memorial Trust is bringing together a variety of artists and has played incredible role by highlighting the progress of art in J&K as well as through preservation of valuable paintings.
The Art Camp was inaugurated by artist of great repute, Seema Kohli, while Shama Sondhi, noted artist and head of the Art wing of the Trust presided over the function.
Vijay Dhar, chairman of the Trust was also present on the occasion, while Javaid Iqbal, reputed Artist of J&K was the Camp Coordinator.
