JAMMU, June 23: Veteran and ace Bodybuilder from Jammu, Rahul Dev Manhas has won the prestigious Muscle Mania Physique (Masters)-Mr Universe 2019 in an event held at Miami, Florida, USA, the results of which were announced today.
RD Manhas has won many state and national Bodybuilding Championships and was the first ever Bodybuilder from the state to represent India in the prestigious World Muscle Mania Physique Competition.
The participants across the world took part in one of the most prestigious Bodybuilding competition; the Muscle Mania Physique.
At the age of 56, by winning this famous title, veteran Manhas has set a new benchmark in the field of fitness and Bodybuilding.
With this landmark achievement, he is simply an inspiration for the younger Bodybuilders, who hav enough to believe that they can maintain a good physique on natural and balanced diet.
“Excuses are only for the weak” was the clear and loud message from this iconic Bodybuilder on the World Stage of Bodybuilding.
With this achievement, the veteran of many battles, Mr Manhas has not only made the people of Jammu and Kashmir proud but the people of the entire country.
