JAMMU, May 23: District Jammu blanked Rajouri by four goals to nil (4-0) to win the Under-14 boys Divisional Level Inter-District Jawahar Lal Nehru Hockey Tournament, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at KK Hakhu Stadium, here today.
For Jammu, Navjot pelted 2 goals, while Gagandeep Singh and Gaganjot Singh scored one goal each.
Earlier, in Under-17 boys semifinal, Poonch blanked Rajouri by five goals to nil (5-0). For winners, Satnam Singh netted 2 goals, while Tushar Sudan, Akash and Tushar Bali scored one goal each.
The matches were officiated by Amarjeet Singh, Karanjeet Singh, Mandeep Singh and Jagjeet Singh.
The Tournament is being held under the overall supervision of Ved Parkash, Deputy Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu.
