JAMMU, Sept 10: Jagti Oriental drubbed Walley CC by three wickets in a cricket tournament which is being played under the banner of Kashmiri Pandit Cricket League and organised by Safran Cricket Club at KC Sports Club Ground, here today.
Batting first, Walley CC scored 123 runs with the loss of nine wickets in a stipulated 20 overs match in which  Rohit Pandita made highest 27 runs while facing 32 balls, while Veeraj and Vikas contributed 25 and 12 runs to the total respectively. From bowling side, Provin Bhat and Manmohan clinched three wickets each, while Ashish Bhat and Puran Raina bagged two and one wickets respectively.
In reply, Jagti Oriental chased the target by losing only seven wickets in 18.4 overs and won the match by three wickets. Nitesh made highest 29 scores, while Abay and Provin contributed 23 and 20 runs respectively. From the bowling side, Akshay and Rohit took two wickets each, while Ravi and Varagiya bagged one wicket each.
The match was officiated by Vijay Raina and Ashok Singh, while Rakesh Koul and Ashener Koul were guests of the event.
